AR5 Users,

The latest update to AR5 is now here, bringing with it a number of improvements to our suite of tools for front-end design. Themes have been expanded to include more types of page content, and you can now create and define custom module styles that you can apply, on the fly, to modules on the page. Let's take a closer look.

New style elements have been added to the themes to control the look and feel of form fields and buttons on your AR5 website. In addition to familiar style elements such as Headings, Text, and Lists, the following style elements are now available:

• Form Field Label Text
• Form Field Text
• Form Field Size and Borders
• Form Field Background
• Button Text
• Button Size and Borders
• Button Backgrounds

Under the new “module styles” tab on a theme's details page, you're now able to create custom styles for modules that you can apply, as needed, to any assignment of that module. You can also specify default style rules for a given type of module. Let's take a step-by-step look.

1. Click the green add button at the bottom of the screen under the module styles tab of your theme.
2. Select the page region in which you want your style definition to apply.
3. Select the type of module for which you want to define style rules.
4. Select whether to apply the style rules to the module by default, to an existing style in the list, or to a new style.
5. Select the type of style element that you want to add.
6. On the new card that appears above, click edit and define your style rules using the fields in the card.
