Below the primary navigation is the navigation disc, which can be used to move quickly around the CMS without having to use the primary navigation. By clicking the up and down arrows on the navigation disc, you can go either up or down a level of organization—for instance, from the details view for a page to the details view for its parent page. You can move among the CMS pages on your current level of organization by clicking the left and right arrows.
Next to the navigation disc is the navigation heading, which tells you where you are in the CMS. Hovering over any of the arrows in the navigation disc will cause text to appear above the nav heading, telling you where that arrow would take you were you to click on it.
At the bottom of every screen in the CMS is the crumb trail, which shows you the CMS pages above the CMS page that you’re currently on. Any of the CMS pages above the one you’re on can be clicked, so the crumb trail is useful when, for instance, you’ve been working on a subpage a few levels deep and you want to return to the top page you were working on before.
